Our Policies

Due to the fact that majority of my items are customized I do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

If an item is damaged during shipping, I must be notified within 48 hours from delivery for you to be eligible for a replacement. I will need photos of the damaged item as well as photos of the damaged packaging to be able to submit a damage claim. 

You can request a cancelation, but it is not a guarantee. If I have started the production process on your item, then your request will be denied. 

I do accept custom requests for tumblers and handmade items. We will discuss your request and come up with a design. After the original discussion I will allow one additional change, any change after that will be an additional $10. 

I cannot warranty any defects in structure or workmanship on items not handmade by myself; for example, if a handle on a tumbler comes off, or if a lid slider breaks, etc. I only add designs to the tumblers and this process does not affect the quality, or lack thereof, of the tumbler. 

Lastly, I do not offer an option to rush orders. I am a stay at home mom to 3 perfect Tasmanian devils, and I only get to work during nap and bed time. I can however upgrade your shipping upon request.
